Engineer Functional Safety

Assignment: Requirements Engineer with experience in Functional Safety ISO 26262

Role Description:

• Manage safety-related functional and technical system requirements. Interfacing with safety manager, architects and HW/SW-engineers, you'll be responsible for collecting and configuring safety-related system requirements within our requirements management tool (Polarion) and managing change to those requirements

• Requirements analysis: Using Polarion, you will be responsible for structuring the requirements, leading requirement analysis activities with the team and for developing and maintaining traceability to both stakeholder requirements and HW/SW-requirements

• Breakdown to implementation in HW/SW-components: You will ensure that formal traceability is created to lower implemaentation levels in the system, HW and SW by allocating requirements to the different elements of the system

Essential skills:

• Automotive system and design experience for requirements capture and management

• Competence in the usage of requirement management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, for the management of requirements

• Excellent reporting and communication skills

• Experience of Functional Safety ISO 26262 in product development projects

Meriting skills:

• Experience in detailed ECU design, simulation, analysis and product validation

• Experience in HW and/or SW development, testing

• Experience in key safety analysis processes such as FTA, FMEA

Product Owner & Developer ECU

Role Description

• This role is Product Owner combined with Developer and require good technical knowledge.

• The Product Owner role initiative will be expected to work across multiple units across RnD and IT to gather functional requirements, perform requirement analysis and communicate the requirement to the development team.

• Candidate will work directly with other stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly communicated, implemented, tested and achieved.

• This role requires strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced multi-disciplinary environments.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis.

• Gather technical requirements on cloud hosted tools like Jira, Kibana, Gitlab, Jenkins.

• Coordinating business and technical requirements and their implementation with the relevant stakeholders. Lead product improvement meeting.

• Manage multiple tasks and use judgment to prioritize and escalate to influence objectives.

• Handel issues from helpdesk, perform issue analysis. Communicate with development team and other relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep technical understanding in ECU systems.

• Experience log analysing using Kibana.

• Experience in database model.

• Experience in data migration between databases.

• Basic programming skill using C# programming language is a must, using C++ is a merit.

• Strong problem-solving and management skills.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Have worked closely to ECU in vehicles and have good understanding in ECU structures is a strong merit.

• Have work with or understanding in EAST/SCAT application is a strong merit

Embedded Test methods

Role Description:

You will work cross-functionally in close collaboration with method users (testers or developers), and also with tool developers. Working with test management systems methods together with other colleagues support the organization to make tests on the electronic part of the vehicle. Test management system is a method where we define how to test the SWs and systems.

In order to stablish a good traceability towards the SW/system requirements developed a tool to support the users.

You will teach and support the users on how to perform make tests, You are going to coordinate the questions and issues in the method and tool.

You are going to identify the needs of improvements in the Test way of working

As product owner of the Test tool you will define concepts that needs to be implemented in the method/tool. Define the priorities in the work.
